Format: Kindle Edition
The story opens with the hero back at sea after his second career ashore as a very high powered oil shipping exec, falls apart. The book is basically the story of his adjustment to the new merchant navy aboard a gas tanker and his assumption of command after the death of the captain. Its a good story told from a number of viewpoints and obviously by a man who knows the sea. Characters are well drawn and there is enough drama to keep the story interesting. Worth a read.
