Definitely a 5 star item if reliable (and I have had cheaper meters for years with no problem) but my experience is perhaps 3.5. Giving the benefit of the doubt I have awarded 4 stars as this is, as someone has already commented, an expensive item at a bargain price.
A few minor niggles:
The li-on battery lasts ages, but it is a bit of a hassle to recharge - you need to undo a screw.
The continuity alarm/sound is a bit quiet, not a problem for me, but I would imagine it might be difficult to hear in a busy environment.
The protector caps for the terminals aren't fixed or attached - I dare say they I will lose them before long.
