It's a toaster and works well so far. To activate the 2 year guarantee however you have to agree to receive correspondence from "selected 3rd parties" which you can only cancel by contacting Russell Hobbs; I bet they make that process easy, but it's a bit late when your details have been shared. Surely this cannot be legal? I bought a Russell Hobbs breadmaker a couple of years ago and when I did contact them re a faulty part I had no response.
Their stuff is cheap, cheerful and disposable, that's about it. If it breaks, bin it.
