A decent enough list of commands/scripts for use in penetration testing with short descriptions. This is a slightly more terse version of the sort of notes most penetration testers will have already and I added a couple of these in to my own notes so it was worth the cost for that alone.

There are a couple of mistakes in the printed commands and some command under the wrong header but it adds to the fun when running through them all and scribbling in more notes!

Not the sort of book you read cover to cover but its a very handy little reference guide for about the price of a pint. Some reviews have commented on the small print size but i personally didnt find this an issue.

Not brilliant. It's not much more than a collection of man page cut-and-pastes in small text. There are a few tables and lists of stuff like user agents and ascii tables.

Not an awful lot of insight although there are a few examples.

The contents and index aren't much use - no synonyms so unless you know exactly the words to look for you're stuck.

I've opened it a couple of times then put it down and typed blah -h. If you're using this stuff you'll have a console anyway, probably in Kali.

If you need a reference like this, just make your own. It'll be more up to date.

More of a SysAdmin cheat sheet, has loads of useful snippets and memory joggers.
I like the extra notes pages in the back to add your own frequently used commands.
