Jane Harvey-Berrick does it again! In this book we finally get to learn about Tucker's heartbreaking story, his background, his family. We also meet up again with Kes, Aimee, Ollo and the rest of the carnies. I love that Tera is a strong character who knows how to deal with Tucker's history. I hope this isn't the last of the Travelling series. We want to read more about the carnies. As expected a well researched story about carnies, I'd recommend this to friends.

I knew when I pre-ordered this book that it would be another wonderful read. Any book that Jane Harvey-Berrick writes keeps you enthralled from the first to the last page. This is the third book in the Travelling Series, although each book can be a stand alone read, I would highly recommend that you read this book and books one and two.
Fantastic story, great characters and a story that can bring a tear to your eye, happy endings, what more can you want! I wish I could give it more then five stars but that is the highest that Amazon allows, great read and again I highly recommend the series.

Really loved this book. The story of Tucker and Tera set against the backdrop of the carnival. This is about Tucker the lovable manwhore of The Traveling Series but it's also a stand alone book. The romance of Tera, the half sister of Kes Hawkins and Tucker the stunt rider in the carnival. They come from different backgrounds but are drawn together in a very believable way. This is certainly one of the best Jane Harvey-Berrick stories this year. The romance between the two characters the rough and lovable Tucker and the sweet and pampered Tera is smoking hot. The action and adrenaline scenes will have you on edge. A real page turner and you get to care about the characters. This is an all round 5 STAR read.

Tucker is really a lost boy, crushed under the wrongs of his childhood, untrusting, afraid, all hidden within a hard shell, Tera is a women with a steel backbone, not afraid to go after the things she wants in life, she loves fiercely and proudly not afraid to right the wrongs of the past be they her wrongs or someone else's, will they make it together?

fantastic, fantastic, fantastic read you will laugh, you will cry, at times you will roll your eye's at the pair of them, but never will you stop loving them, this is the third book in the The Traveling Series, a totally stand alone book, the author gives you enough detail about the other characters that you won't need to read the other books in the series but beleive me you will want to read the other two

Ahhhh... Tucker. I felt like Zef might have been the next book in this series as he got more time in the first two books in this series. But I am surely not disappointed that it was Tucker. He came across quite amazingly and impossible to dislike. And the same goes for Tera. She grew into her confidence and I love how she understood how Tucker just needed someone to be there for him before anything else.
I felt their connection and their chemistry oozed off my kindle much more so then Kes and Amiee's. While I loved Kes and Aimee's stories they always had this brother sister feel to their romance that these two definitely did not have. These two were just hot, hot, hot together and I loved that.
Please can we have Zef's story next!

I like this authors writing style and it's always easy to get into her stories but I struggled with this one. Mainly because I didn't like the heroine, Tera, one bit. To me, it just seemed like the rich girl was slumming it with a Carnie. She just seemed to want Tucker for sex. The story was really predictable and I've read it a thousand times before. Manwhore hero yet first time he sleeps with the heroine it's the best sex he's ever had blah, blah, blah. Trouble with this manwhore was he had sex with someone else the next day after sleeping with the heroine for the first time. Not only that, later in the story when he's really into the heroine this same woman he slept with gives him a hard on! I just felt no connection between the hero and heroine at all.

I knew where the story was going. It was just boring. I knew what would happen with 'the boy' but even that part of the story was rushed and we didn't even get to read the whole conversation Tera had with Renee. There was no emotion, no romance. I didn't feel they fell in love. The dialogue between them was just seedy. It had no romantic tones at all. Their small problems of her having a career and him travelling with the Carnival were resolved far too easily and shame what happened couldn't have happened in Kes and Aimee's book to save Aimee giving up her career!

I've enjoyed quite a few of this author's stories but not the last few so it seems like she is writing too quickly and re-using plots etc. I found this one really disappointing.

I'm so in love with Tucker McCoy. Once again Jane Harvey-Berrick has written a book that captures your heart from the very first page.

12 years ago Tucker McCoy walked away from the hell that was his life with nothing more than a few dollars in his pocket. He stumbles upon a carnival passing through town and becomes a roustabout to earn a living. A few years later he meets Kes and becomes a stunt bike rider, one of Hawkins Daredevils, with the carnival he finally feels his life is turning around and for once he has a real family. He has women falling at his feet and never one to turn them down he leads a rather colourful life but is the love of a good women the one thing he's missing.

Tera Hawkins is the half sister of Kes she has loving parents and has never wanted for anything her whole life. One day whilst visiting Kes she meets Tucker and there's an instant attraction between them but neither of them act on their feelings there are just too many obstacles in there way. A few months later they meet again and what should be a one night stand quickly turns into more but with Tucker's past coming back to haunt him and Tera's over protective dad who definitely doesn't approve of Tucker do they stand a chance.
A fabulous 5 star read from Jane that will have your emotions all over the place, whilst you find yourself been pulled into the magic of her characters. This book can be read as a standalone although I would recommend reading The Traveling Man and The Traveling Women first to get the full effect of this story.
