Answered my questions and more. Gardener, small scale farmer, or large scale farmer can all benefit from this book. Insights and advice from the top organic farmers. The book gives general rules and knowledge along with actual crop rotation samples, What I like most is the author knows that ideal crop rotations is not always the real world situation. Balancing labor, equipment, time, expenses, achieving overall goal, and knowing you must make a certain amount of profit. Reaping the benefits of a harvest while maintaining/improving the soil capital at the same time. Does go into weed, pest, and disease management. I would say this is the most relevant book on the topic today.

Great guide, before this book I would do everything backwards. This year I will plant a cover crop for the winter and do some prep work.
