Well ten pages in and I have added it to my wish list. There are step by step pictures to many of the recipes and variations, tips and ideas. I expected the book to just have sweet things but no there are plenty of savoury dishes mix in some of the chapters.
Contents include:- Baking Basics, Breads, Brioche and Danish Pastries, Cakes, Tarts and Pies, Choux Pastry, Puff Pastry, Steamed Puddings, Biscuits, Italian Meringue, Panna Cotta, Ice-creams, Sorbets, Fruit Puddings, Syrups Cordials and Compotes.
Over all a very well laid out book with plenty of recipes to choose from - Now where do I start?
Hopefully this will set a better picture for future sales.
