Product description

How is a wine drinker supposed to navigate the world of rose? A good start is Rose: Understanding the pink wine revolution by Elizabeth Gabay MW. This comprehensive study of rose will open your eyes - and your palate - to the infinite variety and pleasure of rose. -- Mike Veseth * The Wine Economist * With details of top rose producers and their wines, this is an ideal book to start exploring this rapidly growing, and quite delicious, wine sector. -- Christine Austin * The Yorkshire Post * The great success of rose and the greatest challenge faced by rose is primarily one of image. In this rigorously researched study, Gabay takes that image apart, examines the wine underneath, and gives back something altogether more consequential. -- Tamlyn Currin * jancisrobinson.com *
