Thrilling read!!

This is the 1st in a new and intriguing series. Kylie is a feisty female who is determined to avenge her dad’s death, and this story flits between the past and the present, and we start with when Kylie is recruited and trained by a group of mercenaries who are investigating the same group that are responsible for her dad’s murder, and fast forward to when Kylie is branded as a traitor and has become the target for assassination. Kylie is no traitor, but she knows who is, and is on the run to finish her original mission. This is a well written story which is intense, and is filled with suspense, twists, danger, betrayal, revenge, action, deceit, grief, and emotional, which all lead to an all-consuming tale. I look forward to reading #2, and I recommend for all.

This was a great start to what promises to be an addictive series. It gripped me right away, sucking me in and ensuring I devoured it in no time. I was hooked on the characters and story, and could not get enough. I'm certainly eager for more!
