There was a glimpse of how deeply Noah hurt Kit's feelings in the last novel and Rock Redemption reveals all.

Noah is the guitarist of the successful rock group "Schoolboy Choir" . He is portrayed as the bad boy of the group and renowned for his endless one night stands. He is a tortured soul who hides his demons very well but they haunt him in the form of nightmares!

Kit is an actress on her way to become famous. She had cut all ties to Noah on that terrible night but she receives a call from him out of the blues, more than three years later. She puts her feelings aside and goes looking for him, knowing that he might well be in trouble.

Even though the chemistry between them is off the charts, they decide to go back to being friends like they always were. The underlying feelings of their relationship being more than friendship remains. Noah doesn't feel that he is good enough for Kit whilst Kit is aware that he doesn't want anything more than friendship between them.

To make matters worse, Kit has a stalker after her. Noah is very protective of Kit and is loyal to her. Kit feels the same way and when she agrees to help him out, like any good friends would, the media come to their own conclusions. Noah sees this as an opportunity to redeem himself and stays true to his words but it's a rocky path for both of them. They have some good times but mainly tentative for fear of being hurt or hurting each other. Neither of them willing to admit to their true feelings until they reach to what could well be the point of no return.

It's heartbreaking to find out what Noah went through at a very young age and the way he is affected to date. Kit really wants to help him but he too needs to have the will to help himself.

Nalini has gone and done it yet again.

We're catching up with Kit and Noah where after we saw him break her heart in Rock Hard, she has cut ties with him until he rings her out of his head and Kit being Kit goes out to look for him as the rest of the guys are out of town, as no matter what she still lives him and she's scared he's going to do something stupid.
The EMOTION is cutting edge with HEARTBREAK and Areas where we hear Noah's life before meeting Fox and why he's the man he is.
They're both on tender hooks around each other, things are going brilliantly with her acting where she's an up and coming movie star and Schoolboy Choir had just had one amazing tour.
Noah's demons are becoming stronger and stronger where NOTHING is able to stop them except pounding the roads or beach in his case and loads of fast sex with faceless women. And tells her he doesn't want that for her and could she forgive him for hurting her. She says that she'll give it go though she's not sure if she could ever forgive him. Then she goes with him to his Aunt's charity event together and meets his parents where she can see and feel the fiction and shall we say no love loss on their part. After a while in front of all the other guess they sneak off talk and eat, with things feeling back tí the way they were before, then the next morning the media are all full of stories abs photos of the 2 of them, so Thea tells them to foreplay their relationship together.
Whilst this is starting off Kit's stalker has resurfaced which has started to not worry just, her security but Noah more so also.

A very sweet story with a very sinister backstory.

Noah is the drop dead gorgeous, model perfect guitarist of the band. Fans literally drop their knickers if he so much as looks at them and believe me he takes advantage no end, however Noah is madly and deeply in love with Kit.

Kit is Fox's best friend, and an actress. Katherine aka Kit is the daughter of 2 celebritys and has had to fight her way into hollywood on her own merits. Kit has been in love with Noah for a long time but Noah breaks Kit and she shuts him out of her life.

Noah however is rather persistant and goes out to woo Kit. The sex scenes were pretty graphic in this one, i did end up skipping most of them if im honest, so ridiculous.

However the story comes out ok in the end.

5+++ Stars

From guitar strings to heartstrings, this story is quite simply sublime.

This is a series that creeps up on you. It’s quietly unassuming in its demeanour but once you start reading it, you realise that each story packs an emotional punch and especially this instalment as we get to meet and fall in love with Noah.

Unlike other rock star books, this instalment isn’t all about shock and awe, it tells a story of a man broken as a boy but who is trying to live his life, as a man, through music. Noah’s saving grace though is Kit, an upcoming actress he’s known and loved for years. Noah tries to protect Kit’s heart from his life hardened exterior but despite not wanting to break her heart, he uses the cruellest of ways to enforce the message that all he can offer her is friendship. Little does Noah know though, that poor Kit’s heart has been almost irrevocably damaged by him and despite his intention to be her friend, Kit fears for what’s left of her heart and struggles to accept friendship in place of a loving relationship with this emotionally shut-down man.

This story has its heartrending highs and lows but despite the ongoing theme, it is written carefully and without unnecessary angst. Noah will warm your heart but break it at the same time as he tries to come to terms with how he can keep Kit in his life, without touching her or hurting her further. Kit has other plans though and despite finding it hard at times to be around Noah, and bruising her own heart with misunderstanding, she preserves and continues to love him until he realises that he needs her to be a more permanent fixture in his life.

Kit has her own story to tell throughout this book.
