Thea is the publicist for Schoolboy Choir and is despite her attraction to David Rivera, she is determined to maintain her professional footing around all of the band members. Having had her heart broken and been mentally abused by her ex, Thea is determined to protect herself from further hurt, especially from any promiscuous rock stars, even if they do have the face of an angel and the body of a God.
David Rivera, the Gentleman of Rock, has other ideas though. Prompted by Molly, Thea's sister, to communicate with her via emailed memos, David starts to state his case for winning over Thea's heart.
David isn't the typical rock star. Yes, he's had his fair share of women but unlike Noah and Abe, he's decided to commit his heart to one woman, Thea. The only problem is convincing Thea that he is the person she can trust and rely on for a long time to come.
As the story builds we finally get to see what has been said between David and Thea in their memos and let me tell you, David is not gentleman when expressing his sexual desires, as Thea soon finds out.
Thea is powerless to resist David's campaign for her heart and even though it takes time to win Thea over, David's relentless pursual of her is a success and the two finally get together in an explosive fashion.
Conclusion: This is a brilliant series so far and one which will amaze anyone who loves their romance books based around hot and sexy musicians. The story is well balanced with copious amounts of "yes, yes, oh David" and with a HEA and not too much angst. What's not to like?
In summary: I need to find myself a David Rivera.

Reviewed on behalf of Jezabell Girl & Friends...
David is the drummer of Schoolboy Choir, a group that he and his three closest friends started and through hard work and no shortage of talent they have hit the big time. Everyone wants to know them, everyone wants a piece of their action but there's one person who David really wants a piece of and if he had the chance he would hold on and never let her sexy ass go! David has watched their gorgeous PR agent Thea for a long time but Thea has a rule and it's " don't date the clients" , so what's David to do?
Thea is overjoyed that her sister Molly has found love with the bands frontman Fox and wishes she too could have her happy ever after but Thea has had her heart ripped apart and is not keen to go down that road again any time soon. The only problem is theres a certain drummer who keeps grabbing her attention but Thea won't let her feelings or libido get in the way of business. So what is she supposed to think when out of the blue David starts sending her memos about how good they would be together? It's not going to happen but there's something so cheeky about it that Thea cannot help but message him back. What starts out as a firm rebuttal though quickly turns into something far more intense as David gets increasingly more steamy and Thea finds herself wanting to know much much more about the talented drummer! Fans of contemporary romance and particularly those who enjoy lots of hot loving would be mad not to start reading these stories. This author does an exceptional job of putting believable dialogue into play and it's very easy to believe in the world that she is creating. David is known as the "gentleman of rock" in this story but he sure does prove to Thea and this reader that he is more than capable of getting down and dirty! These books don't stop at the bedroom door so be prepared for lots of sexiness as this strong and well matched couple explore their new relationship. David and Thea are a sweet couple together and he certainly brings out her softer side . It's quite short compared to some stories but I have to admit this author does not scrimp on her words. Another excellent instalment and hopefully not too long before we find out just which band member gets put through the wringer next!
