Unlike the movies, this book drives into the struggle between Bourne and his previous life. Full of action, and suspense it is very hard to put these books down. Jason must come to terms with his identities and in turn develops a split-personality, you are guided through his thoughts and feelings as he wrestles with these identities and has to choose who he wants to be.... Jason Bourne the assassin, or his former normal self. Jason is repeated tested, by external influences like the government, CIA, MI6 and other assassins. Some of these groups want the assassin to return and others disappear; which pushes him to the point where he is about to crack. Which personality will thrive? who really is Jason Bourne? will he live or die? Find out by reading this series.

These are great stories & combining them makes this a no-brainer for a Bourne fan.

I agree with one of the other comments that the scanning from the page to Kindle version hasn't been done very well & there is a lot that could have been done by an editor reading & correcting, but that doesn't detract from the stories for me.

The stories in the books are a great read. They match the Matt Damon films only for the first two pages of the first book, after that you're on new territory, all the names are in the films but they refer to different things to what's in the book. However, if you find the original Bourne film (mini TV series) you'll find something closer to the first book.

The main gripe I have is the quality of the conversion from print to the electronic. Whoever did this should have proofread through them for the errors introduced during the scanning. New paragraphs halfway through a sentence, when the name Bourne starts a new Paragraph it's mostly put as 'B ourne' and there's a big difference between 'General' and 'general' when talking of Military Ranks.

Other than that I'm enjoying the books and look forward to the re-read ;-)

Much more complex than I ever imagined, after seeing the movies I thought that there would be differences but there are so much more in the books well worth the reading.

I had bought the first three books separately many years ago but had shared them so much that they looked worn out!

Fantastic storylines and a great read still.

Fantastic collection, conveniently packaged, at a very good price. The Bourne series is a must have in anyone's collection that are read over and over again.

good value, some errors present in the text of the books, e.g. missing content which is probably down to the conversion to electronic books.
