There are many receipes that I am hardly ever going to use - one or two very good but not for the home kitchen

As cookbooks go, it was all good; great photography, good ideas, an interesting read, etc., - but I don't need recipes which state 'serves 18' - there's only me and the missus! Dividing quantities isn't always that straightforward and doesn't necessarily work, so sorry Marcus, not for me.

A sumptuous book with immense information about produce and producers in Britain today. More like an encyclopaedia of the Roast genre. Big roasts for huge numbers is my only concern, so it's out with the calculator again to pare down for smaller families / friends.
