When I read the prologue of this book, I knew that it was going to be a hell of a ride but, it's so much more.

Deuce was brought up by his father in an MC. Coupled with what his mother did, the loss of his father sent him off the rails. He became a Nomad until he is introduced to the Jack Parish who welcomes him in his club. He doesn't intend to stay as he has a target on his back and he doesn't want to bring trouble to the club members who are unaware that he is on the run.

Ally was abducted when she was fourteen years old and she is now the possession of the president of an MC. She knows nothing else outside of the rough life that this club leads. She is hooked on drugs. This is her escape. The only way she can forget what she has left behind twelve years ago.

Deuce first sets eyes on Ally when he goes undercover to obtain some evidence about human trafficking. Her eyes draw him in but she is completely oblivious as her priority is to get her next fix. When she catches him rummaging through the office drawers, she gets the wrong end of the sticks. This leads to Deuce being persued and the abduction of a child in the process. During his capture, Deuce becomes aware of Ally's identity and from here on out, there is one twist after another. It just shows that this is a small world as this revelation is far from what anyone expected.

Deuce is given the responsibility of looking after Ally and despite his apprehensions, he sees her for who she is. One broken soul recognising another. They develop the once in a lifetime feelings until his past catches up with him. This brings violence and a bloody war.

When I read Striker, it took me on the ultimate emotional rollercoaster. This is no different!

It is the early hours of the morning and I have just finished Roamer and I just have to get how I feel written down now, my brain is telling me to switch off but the story is still making my heart throb, I’m not sure that I will be able to sleep after that story so here goes.
From start to finish this took me to a place that I wasn’t sure that not only wanted to be in but that I would survive. Emotionally this was a tough read, Ally had been through so much that reading the detail that the author put into her character wasn’t easy, there are triggers in this book that some readers may find tough but if you can power through them I think you will find a story about a love that only ever comes around once in a lifetime, that very few are lucky to experience and that completely consumes all those around them.
Deuce is on the run so to speak, ostracised from his MC following something that he can never take back, he has lived a life that is consumed by death and betrayal. No stranger to the MC lifestyle, he was brought up in it but his life now is one where he is constantly aware of the danger he is in.
But his danger is almost insignificant in comparison to Ally, kidnapped at the age of 14 she has lead a life that can only accurately be described as brutal. She has experienced an existence is one that I struggled to get my head around, I was aghast and agog in equal measure…totally heart wrenching!
Two fabulous characters brought together in extraordinary circumstances but that were willing to fight hard, not only to overcome their pasts but to forge a future.
There is so much going on in the story that I urge you to spend some time with this amazing couple, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Like a lit match to gasoline, Ally and I were made to create fire.

Me and my ride or die girl.

4.5 stars

Roamer is a great MC read. Filled with action, new beginnings, a couple finding home in each other while surrounded by chaos and a plot with deeper meanings.

Ally was taken when she was just 14 , used, abused, made lucid with drugs and in the process becoming an addict, Ally lost years of her life to the men who took her. First kisses, first dates Ally wasn't just taken parts of herself were stolen too.

Deuce is on the run from his last MC, brought up in the life until his father dies which he thinks his own men were a part of, Deuce becomes a nomad until he settles with the Arlington chapter grateful to Jack who saves him.

Deuce comes across Ally when staking out and visiting another club he sees a skinny girl and an addict but when something goes down he ends up rescuing her.

This isn't a fairytale romance but Deuce was definitely in the right place at the right time and fate played a part in bringing two people who were meant to be together on the same path.

There's enemies, violence and shootings, hot moments and more than enough to keep you turning the pages as a beautiful relationship also unfolds.

Ally's strength is admirable and Deuce plays a big part in her healing.

Roamer has a captivating and gripping plot with characters you can't help but root for as they face demons of the past and look to the future together.
