About the Author
After Jay finished formative education he joined the British Armed Forces as a Combat Medic, where he progressed through the ranks, responsibilities and opportunities whilst serving alongside various rapid deployment regiments on operational commitments all over the world. Until one fateful day, when after a series of 'incidents' he was medically discharged from Her Majesties Service. However, rather than this prevent him from progressing, he has used his time in the service and the experiences he has gained to forge a career as a highly successful entrepreneur. Having twice won a Global Entrepreneur 'Big Impact to Business' Award as a Keynote speaker, and his first published book 'Battlefield2Boardroom - 10 Proven Military Strategies to Combat Mediocrity' also having won a national innovations award. Jay is the founder of the UK's leading ethical coaching company - My TrueNORTH through which he, and his team provide the support, guidance and accountability to other business owners as they forge their own path 'TrueNORTH' to Utopia.

I read this in a single afternoon/evening and I couldn't put it down. Jay is an interesting person. He pulls in ideas from his own experiences both as a soldier and a businessman and from other examples we could all relate to
Whether your in business, thinking about it, or in employment but trying to take a more imaginative view of your role in the organisation...this book is definitely something you have to read
