I wish books would finish and not leave you with a cliff hanger so that you have to wait for book 2 in the series. Apart from that the story was quite good although the spelling mistakes and bad grammar were very annoying.

Sorry really didn't like this book the female lead was all over the place and I'm afraid she annoyed me and the hero was your typical hunk who could do whatever he wanted, won't be reading the next one

For a freebie this book was great, didn't like Sebastian at first thought he was cocky and arrogant. Mia came across as shy and reserved. Have downloaded the next one, cannot wait to see how Sebastian reacts to her situation.

There is absolutely no point in downloading this book unless you buy Book 2 at the same time. It makes no attempt to reach any kind of logical ending - it's just half-way through the whole story - and that feels dishonest. I've often chosen free books and enjoyed them so much that I've gone on to buy several others by the author, but not in this case. Poor editing only adds to the disappointment.

Mia is in Miami having run away from her past life which we know was filled with pain of some kind, she's working three jobs including one as a cleaner trying to keep her body exhausted enough to sleep. The agency she's registered with sends her for an interview with millionaire Sebastian Price to work as housekeeper at his home, Sebastian has an interesting arrangement with his staff, the attraction between Mia and Sebastian is instant, just how long will she be able to fight this.
As the book progresses we discover Mia's past, the pain she's endured and the tragedy she ran away from, can she find the happiness she deserves.
I really enjoyed this book, it wasn't without its faults it had a fair amount of spelling mistakes and in some cases simply the wrong word entirely, it's also really half a book of you like this one like I did then you really hae to buy the next which is what I'm going to do now.

I gave Road to Price 3.5 Stars.

The Road to Price was a quick read and it was almost Cinderellaesque- a rags to riches tale. Mia is a hard working girl holding down three jobs until she finally catches a break and gets offered a full time housekeeping position although it comes with some rather `interesting' benefits in the form of her new boss, Sebastian Price.

Mia left her former job and former successful life after a heartbreaking event that tore her apart. So working for Sebastian is a welcomed relief although she doesn't expect to fall for him and she never planned to let him into her heart.

I connected to Mia's back-story and found it emotional at times when she would reminisce. I could understand her need for a fresh start and her reluctance to share her past with anyone as that was her business. There was instant attraction there with Sebastian and that led to some hot times.

Overall, this was a good story, I seen the potential in it and I feel if it was longer we could have got more character depth and really fell for Sebastian and Mia together. I could understand Mia's hesitancy at the end. She was still so young and that was the only way she could process the upcoming changes, I just wish she didn't run but then they always do.

I liked Sebastian's POV at the end and thought it would be even better if it was throughout the story. He was hard to get a handle on and I didn't initially like him as he was a young Hugh Hefner type character that slept with his staff. His change was a bit too sudden to be convincing but I did like Mia so it was easy to go along with it.

I liked the author's writing; I started this story late at night and immediately wanted to read on.

Really enjoyed this book and although there were a lot of errors (as there seems to be with many kindle books)it didnt detract from the story. Nice easy reading and I bought the second book to finish the story.
