The show is a great mix of Irish dancing and music with various types of folk dancing and music thrown into the mix.
Fantastic DVD, just sit, watch and chill out for a couple of hours, buy and enjoy time and again, BRILLIANT!!
Apparently the solution to choosing the best version of a piece was to often splice together different versions into one. Colin Flatley changed to different men. They in turn changed costumes during the length of the piece in question.
Also, Jean Butler introduces nearly every single part of the DVD which I found to be really jarring. One minute you're enjoying the music, next there she is telling you stuff that might be relevant but takes away from the magic you could possibly feel if it was just the music. Would have been a lot better if this was an option you could choose to add in if you wanted it rather than being forced to listen.
