This is a must have. We don't know much about what happened between 753 bc when rome came to be and 146 BC when became an empire.
In this book u get all the info u need to know about remus and romulus, about the kings of rome, the birth of the republic in 509 bc and the wars in italy which made rome a regional power by 270 BC. Then u get to see how rome destroyed carthage and corinth to become an empire (202 BC - 146 BC)
Read this book and u will find out the reasons ROME BECAME THE GREAT EMPIRE WHICH LASTED FOR MANY CENTURIES.
