Great book. Covers the basics and Anti-Americanism on a global scale. If you're looking for a more historiographical angle this probably isn't the book for you, try Kuisel or Nolan. I think the latter has a chapter in this book. From Europe to the Middle East, it is covered and not all 21st century either, a lot of 20th century references.
