Designed to withstand tough workshop conditions, the RCB320 Automatic Workshop Charger is high ampage and heavy duty. Ideal if you have a lot of demands on your vehicle charging equipment.
Protect your battery
Charging is an essential part of looking after your battery. But if you leave a standard charger attached, and the cell becomes overcharged, it can become damaged. By using an automatic charger, you are preventing this and protecting your battery’s health for the future.
- 20A charger
- Suitable for 12V vehicles up to 12.0L
- Lead acid and gel batteries
- 150A mains-powered engine start
- Tough metal and rubber body
- Comes with fully-insulated battery clamps
- LED indicators and ammeter
Constructed from robust metal and rubber, the RCB320 Charger has been designed for heavy duty workshop use. The high amp output makes it perfect for high demand charging, and ideal for motorhomes, vans, caravans, large cars as well as smaller vehicles.
Protects from overcharging
The charger has a fast rate (20A) and slow rate (3A), and it detects when the battery it is charging becomes full. It will then automatically switch to the lower rate, protecting the battery from being damaged by overcharging.
The charger includes a 150A engine start, powered from the mains. Ideal to get flat batteries started before recharging.
It has LED indicators to show whether the charge is complete, as well as to indicate if the clamps have been attached to the wrong poles. The ammeter also shows charging status.

Bought this item after weighing up the pros and cons of previous reviews and thought I will return it if it does not jump start a car.
It jumped start my 2 litre Alfa with completely flat battery without any problems at all.
It did not cook up my battery either by leaving it on the fast charger for 3 hours ( I kept checking every 30mins or so). The battery was almost completely charged after just 60mins.
So it is ticking all my boxes.
The only thing which might be a problem for some (wasn't an issue for me though) this charger is quite heavy due to its sturdy metal casing.
DOWNSIDE: No on/off switch. Plugging into a live cable or socket can be as dangerous as setting it up then walking away to switch on at the mains. This is an unbelievable oversight from a Company such as Ring.
No bells and whistles here, just a Heavy battery charger suited for purpose with one switch to control its three settings.
I left battery in car, charged my flat bat on trickle for 10mins, then on full 12v for 10 min, then the 80amp boost, pressed ignition
and car started first time.
Have it now on full charging for last 2 hours and needle has dropped to 7, so working away ok it seem's.
The boost or jumpstart is a great to have.
Done the job for me so much recommended
