I bought this "chopper" to speed up food preparation without having to pull out a powered food processor. From the product description it sounded like it would do everything I wanted and be easy and fast to use and clean up.
When I received the chopper I found out that it was so small that the only thing you could put into the hopper with any expatiation of success were fresh leafy herbs. Anything else, like the peppers, onion, garlic cloves, nuts, etc, that the product claimed to handle, had to be pre-chopped to the point that further chopping was no longer required. Otherwise the items would just pop up out of the hopper.
When I contacted the company claiming that the product was not meeting my satisfaction, I was asked how big of pieces I was placing into the hopper as it was a "mini-chopper". I pointed out to her that no-where in their product description was the chopper described as a mini-chopper, nor did the picture have anything else with the image to determine product size. For that reason, I was requesting that they refund my total purchase price, including shipping. The official company response was that I should have determined the size of the product by the weight of the product. Guess actually calling this a mini-chopper in their ad would have stopper too many people from wasting the time and money in ordering their junk.
