This is a great book!

This is a great little book! This book only has 90 pages in it and I wondered if it would really have that much information but went ahead and bought it (because I noticed it was written by someone that worked for the IRS and his wife worked for an insurance company). I'm glad I did! It has no fluff to fill the pages, just chock full of information on how to handle your retirement funds, health care information, alternative ideas, helpful, and simple to understand tax information. I am getting near retirement age and the whole idea of how things financially work is intimidating to me. This book explained things to where I understood and something I will reference back to in the future as well.

This is a really good book. Unlike all the others that I've read recently, this one is filled with resources, as well good practical advice on how to achieve a better retirement when you have nothing more than SS coming in. I'm considering doing early retirement, and I have to admit that Randy and Jane's advice and encouragement was instrumental in helping me make that decision. Thanks Guys.

The Kirk's book offers a nuts and bolts guide as to how to fix your retirement, in spite of any poor planning or unexpected circumstances that may have befallen the reader. It's an ez read yes but also a manual that will become worn in the years to come as it explores things such as an economical car and eyeglasses at a fraction of what you pay at the mall or doctors office. Well done!
Simple and educational!

Was skeptical about this book at first, but after I started reading it I was hooked. The Kirks did an outstanding job. From talking about budgets to creating a goal sheet for retirement . Well worth reading.

This is, by far, the best retirement book I've read. From cover to cover, this retired IRS guy (retired in his early 50s) has multiple nuggets of wisdom for retirement that apply to people of all incomes/wealth levels. Glad I spent the few bucks!
