The ResultSport® Foam Roller is a useful tool that can be used for stretching – it helps to increase the flexibility of muscles and improvise myofascial release.
Using the ResultSport® Foam Roller is easy: It involves using your own body weight to apply pressure that eases your muscles and soft tissues. This includes the back, hamstrings, adductors, the upper arm and many more muscles. Using this roller is also a great way to get rid of muscle knots. Having a foam roller is a fantastic way to avoid expensive trips to a masseuse – the technique is used to many professional athletes as well as physiotherapists.
Don’t worry if it all sounds a little complex! You’ll find comprehensive instructions on how to use the roller along with various suggested techniques inside the pack..
Available in two sizes:
Half Body 45cm x 15cm – Perfect for stretching smaller area and carry for travelling.
Full Body 90cm x 15cm – Perfect for stretching the whole body and large muscle groups.
Size: 45cm x 15cm (18" x 6") or 90cm x 15cm (36”x6”)

PS - the poster is ok to start you off but you'll soon tweak the exercises to suit your body, there's some good suggestion on t'internet too (and the spelling mistakes on the poster will make you giggle!)
Very good quality build and holds it's shape very well.
Just note that this roller is quite firm, and if you're used to the old well used ones in your gym which will be much softer, you'll find it uncomfortable at first. Personally I wanted a firm roller becuase the work is deeper, so it was ideal for me.
Sorted out my quad and ITB tightness nicely!
UPDATE: Just over 2 months of regular use and the inner foam part has separated from the outer foam, so it moves around inside, the whole thing will slide out if I push it. It's not that bad because it's tubular so stays in shape during use and still works fine, but obviously isn't the most robust of foam rollers.
UPDATE AGAIN: After 6 months of regular use (I try to use it once a day) just like other foam rollers it has lost it's shape and become quite squashed in the middle. It's still usable but not as good as when it was new. If you don't mind paying more and want something that will last go for a non-foam roller made from firmer plastic and is hollow, they are usually then covered in a foam grid.
If you suffer for lower back pain conditions then this product could prove more valuable and cost effective than any other treatment out there. If the problem is muscular then this will definitely help, usually it will be due to tight hamstrings pulling the pelvis and lower back down, if it is a spinal problem I suggest you consult a doctor first before performing any of the roller stretches so that you avoid further displacing of disk ect.
Since using this I haven't had the need to go to the chiropractor as rolling on this in various angles clicks and re-adjust my back perfectly.
