Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal. I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.

That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.

Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.

Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. We've built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.

Can't believe it took me so long to read this book, it's been on my tbr list for ages but so glad i finally got round to this book as the second one is out in a few weeks.
I can't recommend this author enough as her writing is second to none, i devour all her books as she is a one click author for me.
She plays with your emotions as the romance between this couple was a slow burn romantically but boy the hot steamy sex scenes when they get together was smoking hot!! She always has you routing for the couple in her story's which i love. Brilliant again from this talented author can't wait for Julians story now.

If you enjoy reading a story that will leave you frustrated at every turn,
if you enjoy reading a story that has you crying at lifes unfairness,
if you enjoy reading a story that has so much sexual tension that it burns through,
then your in for a damn treat...

I must say, while reading this book l turned into a right b**ch,
l didn't want anyone to talk to me, ask for anything, or even go to work.
l was desperate to find out how Thane would convince Levi of his love.

l loved the character of Levi, he is so grounded, so mature, so honorable,
he put his life and studies on hold to care for his brothers.
Any decisions he makes will have to include them, his family unit is all he has.

Thane, l found a bit arrogant at first, he was so work driven that there was nothing soft in his life.
Everything had to be put into a certain box, everything was a transaction.
All that changed when he set eyes on Levi, he forgot all about his work and businesses,
his sole ambition was to have Levi in his life.
Thane had never worked so hard to attain something, as he did in his chase for his love.
Boy, did Levi make him work, with so much explosive chemistry between them it was fun to read.

l loved this story, because there was so much going on .
So many threads to keep together, and so many characters to enjoy.
There was family and friendships, but most of all there was sizzling,
amazing and brilliantly written ( OMG )sex scenes.

These two ladies can do no wrong in my eyes, l devour everything they write.

This book is definitely worth triple. The amount of stars allowed. I waited for a long time for another book by this amazing lady and was drawn into this book from page one. Levi gives up his own dreams and is struggling to be the father figure and care for his two younger brothers after the death of their father. He definitely is one of life's good guys with extremely high morals and the most beautiful heart. Then you have Thame who doesn't want or believe in relationships and draws up contracts with men he wants to have sex with. He spots Levi at one if his clubs and is beside himself trying to get Levi into his bed. When he finally manages to get his wish he ends up in Levi's book of "avoid at all costs" because of his stupidity. Even with all this you'll come to absolutely love Thane with his pouting and needy ways, he's like a little kid. Do yourself a favour and read this book

Yay! The writing team that is Kindle Alexander has done it again. Reservations is a beautiful, fun, heartwarming story of trusting your heart when you find that special someone. I loved Thane and Levi and it was great to catch up with characters from previous books. I won’t spoil things by going into the storyline but will just say that if you’ve loved other Kindle books, this will be another one to add to your collection. I would highly recommend it, it deserves way more than 5 stars.
