Blurb: Lydia's spent her life running away, or perhaps towards, what's in her mind...literally. Now she's moved to a small town in the Surrey and her life is on the threshold of a world-breaking revelation.
The man she sees every night in her dreams, sexy and mysterious Ryan, could just be within her reach. Is she finally going insane? Or are her dreams truly more than just her own mind reaching out for something more than her drab life?

My Thoughts:
Werewolves? Check.
Holy Hell of Hotness? Check.
Mysterious baddies trying to maim, destroy and generally screw up things for our heroine? Check.
A whole lot of action and steamy scenes? Hell yeah.

This is a highly erotically charged story that sets up the scene for this brand new Paranormal Erotic series nicely.

Lydia, our main protagonist, is like many women out there, a little screwed up from family issues, looking to make a living as best as she can, and finding someone to share a life with. But she also has a second life, one she lives in her dreams with the mysterious Ryan, a hotter than hot older man that rocks her world, literally. But lately her dreams have become even more real, and the gaping hole inside her that screams loneliness is threatening to swallow her whole.

I found the emotions very raw in this book. Most of the characters have painful back stories that weave with the main storyline and I found myself drawn to icy Lawrence the most; I am really looking forward to discovering more about him. Ryan is just pure fire, and Taylor is a sweetheart, but Lawrence definitely has my attention and will keep it for the rest of the series.

I enjoyed this book and read it twice in the space of three days.

it didnt really let the characters develop, book doesnt really say its a menage but it is, the heroin was meant to be in love lust with the hero, but was open and happy to boinking anything, the ending really sucked, i guess we will find out more in the second book as nothing was really explained, but she ended up mating with 3 men only 1 the reading new anything about, the other 2 seemed a little pointless in the mating. an ok read

WELL, THIS BOOK JUST BLEW ME AWAY!!!!!

Have read a couple of paranormal books but it's not my normal preferred reading, thought i'd give this a go after reading reviews........and am so glad i did as it is just THAT GOOD

You know most books have parts you skip , well with this there is none of that, i just devoured every word.

Loved all the main characters ( especially Taylor! )and Lydia, you lucky lucky girl!!! Hot & Steamy doesn't even begin to describe the sex scenes!!!

just about to start book2

If you're a fan of paranormal erotica try the following ;

The Dark Light Series by S L Jenning
The Fae Chronicles by Amelia Hutchins
and Beyond Series by Kit Rocha....this one not exactly paranormal but to me has a similar feel and is Hot as Hell!!

Review 6*****

I love reading paranormal romances, so when I found out that the author was releasing this one in December last year, I quickly got myself a copy. Unfortunately, I have only now just managed to get to read it. I am kicking myself for not reading it sooner, because I absolutely LOVED it!

Lydia Martin is a fantastic character. She thinks herself to be a normal woman, with a very high libido and who dreams of a mystery lover. However, she soon finds out she is not who she thought she was, and her world will never be the same again. I loved her character growth as she discovered who, and what, she was.

It is difficult to do a character breakdown of the other members of this story without giving away any spoilers, so I'm not even going to try. However, I will say that Ryan, Taylor and Lawrence are H.O.T.!!! and leave it at that. *Fanning myself here!!* ;)

This an extremely fast paced story that is full of danger, mystery, intrigue and sexy scenes! I struggled to put it down! In fact, I read it in one sitting. There are a few twists and turns that surprised me, but there is a huge twist near the end that completely threw me! I loved it, but I may never look at wolf packs the same way again! The cliffhanger at the end has me looking forward to reading the next book in the series, Cry Of The Wolf.

Dianna Hardy is on my favourite authors list, and I would read anything she writes. Her books are well written and extremely entertaining. The characters are extremely lifelike and likeable. However, a word of warning: this story contains scenes of explicit sex and some violence. Therefore, I do not recommend this book to younger readers (16-). I do, however, highly recommend this book if you love erotic paranormal romances. - Lynn Worton

Ebook: Releasing the Wolf (Eye of the Storm)
Author: Dianna Hardy
Fiction, Paranormal,
This review may contain spoilers
Summary: (Book One of the Eye of the Storm series)
Lydia Martin has always had dreams, the weirdest and hottest of them all involving a faceless, muscle-bound man that speaks like sin and smells like sex. Like any sane person, she always put the dreams down to an overactive imagination, coupled with a higher than average libido.
One night, however, instead of their usual, erotic encounters, she finds him in her dream, chained to a wall and screaming in pain. Not only that, but she thinks she recognises the building he's being held captive in as one that's just a few streets away. Awaking with an irrepressible need to save her fantasy lover, Lydia decides to humour her dream self and head on over to where she thinks he's imprisoned.
What unfolds is beyond even her wildest imaginings, as she's sucked into a dangerous and deadly world she never knew existed ... and it turns out that the man who inhabits her darkest fantasies, isn't the only one that needs releasing.
NOTE: This is an adult paranormal fantasy novella (over 34,000 words) containing scenes of explicit sexual content and some violence, entwined with romantic elements.
