I loved this little book of simple ideas in order to relax your body, mind and sort out your life, so relaxing becomes easier to do.

Some great ideas in here. If only I could put them into practice!I have to say I agree with a lot of what is contained in the pages. Some of this really resonated with me, particularly the bit about putting things off and them becoming larger stresses the longer they are shelved. The Japanese bath sounded a bit long winded and Im not convinced all that prep would relax me but it would be a nice experience if someone provided the setting.

The subtitle of the book is "52 brilliant little ideas to chill out" and if you were able to incorporate all 52 ideas into your life, you'd be comatose! Some great ideas - some quirky ideas - but a great little book to dip in to when you're feeling stretched and need to find ways to chill out. Also contains some useful little quizzes to help you see where you are on the stress scale - and when you might need to seek further help. Well presented, handbag size, and easy to read.

Easy to follow book which had some helpful ideas. The book is well laid out and offers many effective ways to chill. Although many of the ideas are not new, they serve as good reminders, with tips we should all follow if we want to remember to take time out and let go.
