About the Author

Conrad John Masabo is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of History, Political Science and Development Studies at Dar es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE), Tanzania. He holds a BA with Education (Honours) in History and Political Science from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and a Masters in Governance and Regional Integration specialising in Governance from the Pan African University Institute of Governance, Humanities and Social Sciences (PAUGHSS), Yaoundé, Cameroon.
