Caribbean Spiced Rum
RedLeg is a spiced rum made with Caribbean spirit.
The secret to the great taste of RedLeg is all in the blending. A selection of the best rums from the Caribbean are left to rest in oak barrels and infused with Jamaican ginger and vanilla spices.
Tasting Notes and Awards
An instantly sweet smell is followed by a warming ginger aroma, this satisfying combination of sweet and spice creates a rum with an incredibly smooth taste, and a warming mouth feel.

50ml RedLeg, Spoonful of brown sugar, ginger beer, crushed ice, mint leaves x 10, lime wedges
Muddle the lime to release the juices. Add 50ml of RedLeg and 10ml of sugar syrup. Clap the mint in your hands and add to the glass, fill with cubed ice and top up with Ginger Beer. Use a bar spoon to mix up all the ingredients and serve.
Garnish with a Mint sprig
Red and Stormy
25ml RedLeg, 5ml Sugar Syrup, 2 wedges of Lime, Ginger Beer, Dash of Angostura Bitters
Fill the glass with ice. Add 25ml of RedLeg and 5ml of sugar syrup. Squeeze the 2 wedges of lime into the glass, top up with Ginger Beer and add a dash of Angostura Bitters. Give it a stir and serve.
Garnish with a Lime wedge
Hot Rum Slap
50ml RedLeg, 125ml Cloudy Apple Juice, 125ml Ginger Beer, 1/2 large Cinnamon Sticks, 1 Lime
Add the apple juice, Ginger Beer and cinnamon into a saucepan (no rum). Heat for around 45 minutes until the cinnamon has infused. Pour 125ml into a heat proof cup and add 25ml of RedLeg. Squeeze a wedge of lime into the glass and throw away the lime. Give it a stir and serve.
Garnish with Cinnamon Sticks
