About the Author
Kevin is the chef and proprietor of the critically acclaimed Dunbrody Country House and Hotel in County Wexford, Ireland, where he runs the Dunbrody Cookery School.
Kevin has made numerous TV and radio appearances in Ireland, and has appeared on The Today Programme. He has written for BBC Good Food Magazine and Delicious and contributed to numerous other publications.

I have shelves of cookery books but this one, so far, has done exactly as it says on the tin and all recipes work out fantatsicially and dare i boast look exactly as they do in Kevin's photographs!!! Well almost!
The book is divided into 4 simple chapters (starters, mains, desserts and larder) and is packed with fantatsic tasty recipes. So far i have tried the rocky road squares, coffee layer cake, thai chicken, spicy fish stew and a couple of the soups. I look forward to trying out the rest in the weeks ahead.
This book in my opinion is a 'MUST HAVE'.
My husband and I recently hosted a dinner party for our foodie friends and we decided to us a recipe from this book, being our latest addition to what is fast becoming a very extensive collect of Cookery books. The recipe we followed was very simple and easy to follow and was so good that our friends could not comment for a few minutes they were so blown away! I would certainly recommend this book based on that recipe alone. It does what it says on the title!!
