Product description

About the Author

Hart Weichselbaum is a consumer psychologist and head of The Planning Practice in Chicago. He was the director of Account Planning at The Richards Group and a founding member of the APGUS, the US Account Planning organization. He has an undergraduate degree from University of Chicago and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Colorado. He was a bartender most of the time he was in school and thus learned about the human condition from an entirely different point of view. He brings all this perspectives to bear on his work- combining both a head and a heart of exceptional quality. That's Hart.
