MEDITERRENEAN COOKING FROM AMAZON
16 October 2012 - Published on Amazon.com
This book was written by Australian of Greek descent, the late Tess Mallos. I have known this culinary expert for about 30 years, when I bought her first book, the Greek Cookbook. She visited lots of villages and other places in Greece to collect her receipees, and they are all very successful. The book I just bought from Amazon contains dishes from other Mediterranean countries as well, and they all look very promising.
I like the stories too
