70£ for a standard edition game...just NO. Even if the game is good and fun to play, this price doesn't feel right. Gonna wait for it at sales for 40quids in a month or two

I am truly delighted with this latest addition to the Ratchet and Clank story, which continues the story arc established with the PS3 (the PS4 story was a standalone game-of-the-film-of-the-game).
The improvement in graphics is instantly apparent: lighting effects and the rift mechanism that allows hopping into sub-dimensions are all awesome. Weapons take advantage of the new haptic triggers and are very intuitive. The new characters are great fun and very sympathetic, and the parallel universe Zurkon family had me in stitches.

One new feature I really like is the addition of a difficulty level (Explorer) where you DON'T TAKE DAMAGE. As someone whose reflexes are deteriorating, I can see this as a real godsend for people who love the story and the puzzles but aren't great gamers.

The game itselfis brilliant not perfect but brilliant, like many my problem is the price. Like all the others priced at £70 before and those that will be after this it is just a rip off, i dont by into this it cost more to make games rubbish (games for the most are getting shorter) also amazon have reduced it by £10 3 days later which clearly shows its just a preorder cash grab (wont be making that mistake again) worth a buy but wait until its around £40 i would say.

Don't get me wrong I thoroughly enjoyed this game. Graphically superb and it has a brilliant storyline. I know most of the R&C games aren't overly big which is my only gripe with the game. The cost at the time of pre-order was a nads under £70, which I feel is way to steep for such a short lifespan. Yeah I know it's next gen and all that but for that price tag it needs to have more or at the very least be priced according to its gameplay length. In honesty this is a £40-£45 game tops at release. Save your money and buy 2nd hand as they will be available in next to no time.

The level of graphical detail in the fun adventure is insane and you will have a blast playing as you find it hard to put down going from stage to stage with 0 load times thanks to the PS5's super fast SSD. If you see anyone complaining about how this game is over-priced, trust me it's worth the price.

Ratchet & Clank return in this masterpiece of game design from Insomniac. If you're fortunate enough to have a PS5 this should be in your game library. The flawless graphics and gameplay, combined with the signature cheeky (but kid-appropriate) humour of the series, make this an instant classic.

Disney Pixar and Dreamworks better watch out, because this looks better than any CGI movie you've ever seen!

This game is good the load times are fast and I mean it dont even stop a second 2 load up next level as far as I can see its Instant load times the Graphics r fantastic they really are must b honest I had 1 bug but all I done was reload last check point which wasn't long 2 wait took less then a second I dont no how long the game is but so far I'm loving it worth the £££££

I’m a big fan of the Ratchet and Clank series, and I actually really enjoyed the game, it’s visually stunning. But to charge £70 for a standard edition came that I’ve now fully completed in around 10hours is quite honestly a joke.

For £35-40 I’d be giving the game a 5 star, the price just does not justify the quality. One of the most expensive games I’ve ever bought, and by far the shortest.
