The novel is beautifully written, peppered with sophisticated cultural and musical references. The sizzling chemistry between Juliet and Karel Haken is immensely pleasurable and exciting. "Rainbow's End" is written with sincerity and warmth, and flows with ease through the pendulum of emotions and fears. From the first chapter to the last, it was a supremely enjoyable, but wise read. Eileen Ramsay takes a high leap into the excellence of literature, and reaffirms the belief in the complexities of identity and love. "Rainbow's End" is now on my favorite books list.
