This is a great GFX card, replacing an ageing AMD HD 7950. GTA V at 1080p is now running at ultra and looking amazing. Also not a noisy card as some reviews suggest. Silent when not gaming and a quiet hmm when playing but nothing much to complain about. A lot of power for the price. I have a older CPU as well , an i5 760 and the results are still great. It was a toss up between this and a Geforce 1060 6GB but the cost at this time was around £50 at least more for that type of card and just not worth it for tiny differences (there quieter and use less power according to reviews)
4GB version of this is also a good deal but the memory on the 4GB version is a touch slower so I went for the 8GB but I suspect in real terms they both would be good.

After running two AMD 6670 in Crossfire I can honestly hand on heart say..... WOW! OMG seriously what a difference. Absolutely fantastic! I am running GTAV at ultra settings, FSX at ultra and many more games at ultra. Absolutely worth the money!

An excellent card and the cheapest 480 8g on the market. The fans only come on after it hits 60c and are reasonably quiet. Only wish it had a backplate

This is one of the cheapest RX480 and when it comes to price per performance the card delivers. When running GPU intensive titles the card tends to get a bit loud but it's not a disruptive noise level i.e. like the stock GPUs 'leaf blowers'. But with an alleged 1302MHz the GPU seems set to get better with time

Good case airflow is essential, this card can be very noisy. Especially compared to my MSI R9 380 with the twin frozer blades.
