It comes in three parts, the main boom, the clamp, and a microphone holder. You don't need the holder for the Yeti, but you do need the thread adapter that comes screwed into the holder (see my video for further details).
There isn't any movement or creeping and you'll see I've also added a pop filter (the Tiger Pop Screen with Large Pop Filter for Mic).
I used a cable tie to keep the mics wire tidy, don't do this up too tight as you want it to be able to move when you bring the boom forwards or backwards.
To conclude as one of the cheapest boom stands on Amazon this product is worth the purchase, for the Yeti it helps a lot with removing the desk noise that the stock stand picks up. The desk fitting will expand up to around 45mm and so should fit most desks, and the screw for the mic is only 3/8" but the included mic clip has a detachable adapter so it can fit the yeti and most other mics.
It does a nice 180 degree arc of rotation, stays where its left. Theres no creeping of the arm over time.
The nuts needed a little tightening when I mounted the snowball to it though.

So I decided on the Racksoy adjustable mount as it had fairly good reviews and was very reasonably priced.
A few days later and the boom stand appeared in the hallway (thank you postie) and I was set up in minutes.
The boom stand comes in 3 parts. Connect the base mount to your desk and then slip the boom into position and tighten it down. The Yeti then screws onto the end of the boom but you need to use the screw thread adapter which is in the base of the microphone mount which is also included.
There are a few issues that I have come across. These are that the boom doesn't swivel at the microphone end which means a comfortable recording position can be hard to achieve. The second is that the boom sitting in the desk mount can wear over time and become a little loose.
Overall it solved the problems that I had with the Blue Yeti mount and I am happy with my purchase.
The business end of the arm is removable and if you unscrew the mic holder it reveals a large thread screen that perfectly fits the base of a snowball blue mic.
The arm can raise and lower with a pivot point at the mic end so you can get it in the correct height position. Annoyingly you can along really raise and lower the arm. The section that connects to your base only gives around a 25 degree rotation which requires some creative thinking.
The arm itself provides no level of impact protection at all. So if you have it attached to a table and drop something on the table, prepare to destroy your speakers! I have mine attached to a chair if I'm using it to film on a table so that it's isolated and protected. Apart from that it works work. You can extend to about 1 metre tall and has tightening bolts to ensure minimal movement whilst in use.
Definitely recommended as most boom arms for mics retail at around £50!
Design wise its really good. The arm stays where you position it providing its not at a too large of an angle. The whole stand is made of metal which is important for a stand like this. You can easily replace the holders for your mic if you need a different sized one.
The first problem is that the shock absorption is pretty bad. Banging on your desk will be easily picked up unless you purchase a shock mount.
The second problem is the system that screws the arm into the clip part. It is only held by one screw that, in some configurations, does not enter the metal rod of the arm causing the whole arm to be slightly unstable (can be moved around and even taken out with force).
Overall it's a really good stand for a low price, recommended to budget audio recording setups.

Very good does the job,
After a month i had to adjust the tires as they became weak and caused the mic to drop.
Insane build quality.
I was expecting a really flimsy, metal frame.
Holds up well with my Regular Blue Snowball (not the ICE version)
