I bought Roxio Crunch so as to convert my Aiptek video from .mov to .avi. What a waste of time. It took all night to crunch. Next morning video was there all right but it was making no sound. I was so disappointed and did not know what to do next. Why not phone Roxio I thought. But there was no telephone no. There were 2 things however: forum or support so I visited the forum as a guest. I went through practically the whole forum and could not find crunch. Next support. They were very helpful in the sense telling you what you already know if you have problems with sound. They even took pleasure in blaming my Creative sound card for not having enough buttons or connectors to solve sound problems even suggested adjust audio propetier on the sound button on taskbar. Suggested also I take the card out and reinstall it. That was the last straw. I was not willing to open my computer for the silly crunch thing so gave up. Contacted Amazon and then returned the whole package. As good as Amazon is they have already replied to me they are going to refund me the full amount including my postage. Roxio deserve only one star in fact not even that for raising my hopes and then completely leaving me stranded. Bessie
