I got this posted free to Portugal, amazing, and what a difference it made to our return journey. Easy to put up and down, a dream to push even with a large 2 1/2 year old in it. His feet were almost at the floor though and he was too tired to put them on the little foot rest. My 3 1/2 cried and cried because he wanted to go in it too. Honestly, I don't know how we would have managed without it, on that awful trek from plane to baggage reclaim. It is hard enough trying to carry one tired little one all the way! I only wish it had been released here a few years ago.

Loads have people have commented on this as being a great idea and I would recommend it but it is quite pricy and not really suitable for heavy use. On ours, the break has started catching so there is a bit of a buzzing noise from the wheel as you push it along (although I think this is due to it being caught by accident) and the material on the seat has started to tear at the front where the frame stops but this is due to our little one not liking being in the pushchair and fighting all the time when put in it.

I would also note that you should not overload it with bags and stuffing things in the pocket (and don't try to fold it up with things in the pocket as this probably didn't help with the tearing of the fabric either) and I also find that if you have long legs you do tend to kick the wheels as you walk unless you take smaller steps or hunch over slightly to force the push chair further in front of you.

Having said all that and despite the 3 stars, I would consider getting another one as it is very compact and particularly convenient for travel.

Packs up into a rucksack to carry on your back. Goes up and folds easily. Sturdy but not too heavy. Doesn't cope well with gravel or very coarse surfaces because of the small wheels and, as you can see in the photo, the footrest isn't big; for occasional use, those issues really don't matter though. A great buy for travellers.

We like this stroller very much. Maybe I could fold the older version easier and faster (a little bit) but this one is much more comfortable for me and for my son too!

Additionally after some days as I can see it's not too easy to zip the backpack up when the stroller in it...

I bought this for travelling on the tube, and it has been fantastically useful. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of rain cover

We took this to America. It is easy to fold and unfold as you go through security. It is perfect for flat smooth surfaces - watch out if your surface is not smooth. I even managed to manoeuvre it one handed while pulling along my luggage. Great for holidays as it doesn't take up to much room and is very light.

I have a 2002 Mini Cooper... Boot is tiny and my other pushchair had to go in back seat with baby. This pushchair fits in my boot look a dream. It looks lovely and I'm constantly getting compliments. I personally find it difficult to steer and manoeuvre, there is nothing easy about lugging this thing around. It's very lightweight but poor manoeuvrability makes it feel very cumbersome. There's no 1 handed steering this baby. It also doesn't recline and if my car had the space, I reckon that a smart trike would have been a better option. When travelling abroad I won't take this one as the little size in my opinion, does not trump the desire to want to move around easily as does my 4 wheeled joie nitro. Back to the positives for this. Folding up and down is super easy and fast. And if you have limited space it really is a consideration. For me, it's fit for purpose as when I drive, I'm generally walking around shopping centre and not on tougher terrain or using it for a very long time. When I do that, I use my other chair. I also think that they've been stingy in not including a raincover or a mummy hook or handle as there's nowhere to put your bag, and the effort needed to steer this thing requires full strength and attention. It's not a 'hell no' don't get it; it's more of an 'approach with caution' if you have a big boot there is no need to put yourself through the ordeal. If you travel through airports by yourself a lot, weigh it up... Are you likely to have baby in the chair longer than you'd be carrying it? If so, go for a chair that you can steer easily and has handles so you can walk to terminal and even have a peek in duty free, reasonably comfortably. There's no denying that this chair folds down significantly smaller than any I've ever seen. And if they should release a version with improved manoeuvrability id be one of the first in line to check it out
