5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful prose, wonderful pros. 12 Jan. 2014

Arrived well packed in good time.
Great to find a copy I thought I had missed.
Poul Anderson has always been a favourite of mine. The title story was the first my sci fi purchases, along with The Currents of Space, (ACC) and Starflight,(A.Norton).
Revisiting child hood phantoms can be disappointing, but Mr. Anderson's stories flesh out quickly and draw one back to a fantastic time and place.
Well worth a return read.
