I'm full of tears. And awe. More cloud than human.

Almost a year since I was swept away by TBATS I re-immersed myself in the lands of Jeru for the story of Kjell. I loved him then, I always thought he was inherently good and adored his brother Tiras.

Kjell and the king's guard are back out on the road to find and destroy the remaining Volgar beasts. They come across the gravely wounded servant girl Sasha. Kjell heals her wounds and she is indebted to him. Together Kjell and Sasha work to restore the health in her village.

They adventure on, coming across Volgar, sandstorms, gigantic octopus, a man who makes stars, mysterious trees and the return of the errant Lady Firi. Sasha charms the King's guard with tales of the past and they all fall for the servant girl.

The Queen and the Cure is full of magic and mystery, heart stopping moments and utter loss followed by pure joy.

Perfection in a book. Please can George Lucas or Steven Spielberg buy the rights and make these books into films?

Read until the early hours! Fantastic book, loved the continuation but also that it was a separate story, brilliant characters, intriguing storyline, not predictable, I just love this world.
