Having had a look through some other Quantum Physics books, this is the best starting point I've been able to find. Even the so-called 'Primer' books that are suitable for those with only a GCSE background in Physics have been a little too complex as an initial starting point.
As an overview and introduction to quantum physics, the explanations in this book are ideal and should not be missed. Of course, once this has been read, other books will be useful to go significantly more in-depth.
