Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I used this textbook in a computer workshop and was very impressed with its technique for teaching the various stages of using word processing effectively. I found the language and illustrations clear, easy to follow and not too technical for a comparative novice.

The exercises gave good practice and illustrated any weak points in ones understanding.
