It dose the same as canon looks the same as canon the only very small deffect is that the small on off switch is poor but still works so not to much of a problem Great product would buy again
This grip is great for me as I do quite a lot of portrait shoots as it provides a 2nd grip with dual primary dial + shutter release button & AF point selection button which is used for when holding the camera in vertical position for photos taken is portrait orientation. The 2nd vertical grip also adds stability when taking shots in portrait orientation, holding the camera in a vertical position as you no longer have to use a crane grip, which is useful when using large zoom lenses.
Another advantage with this camera grip is that it comes with 2 batteries which can both be used simultaneously in the grip, which provides extra juice to your camera without having to swap batteries. I now own 3 batteries for my EOS 60D, which is handy as I regularly attend fringe festivals such as the Whitby Goth Weekend, which are 3 day events & I can now feel confident to go on shooting as many images as I like all day of people in fancy dress without having to worry about having enough juice to last me the day from 9:00AM when the day starts right through till midnight when I have shot live bands performing.
If you do a lot of shooting like myself & want to make sure you always have enough juice or just want a vertical grip just for extra support, this is the camera grip for you.
