This was a marvellous book and it kept me rivited throughout. I've read 1000's of books, some really good ones but this was a joy to read and I didn't want it to end

I like a good gossip - I do, and so I really enjoyed this book. It's written as a diary and Carole details the lives and events of her neighbours and how she helps them.
Carole might also like to gossip but she has a big heart so this was an easy read that left you wanting more.

A must read book for us gossips and nosey neighbours! A great read that pulls you into 'Caroles world', an emotive story line about a middle aged woman who finds herself living the dream in tenerife whilst helping her friends and neighbours with the trials and tribulations of life. A good, easy read that will have you laughing and crying but above anything wanting more!!

If you feel like getting away from it all and having a good old gossip then this book will do the trick.

The author writes to their diary as if it were their best friend they need to tell all to, but manages to make the reader feel like a friend too and you get a sense of being told hidden secrets keep just for you.

Very enjoyable and a lovely setting.
