Nothing written here is earth shattering, no "million press ups in a week" gimmicks, just basic plain common sense advice. I would recommend this book as I have read this and the authors others on conditioning, core strength and pull ups and feel they are excellent, they have certainly helped my training. Good Stuff.

Fantastic book, Great advice on push-ups, Maybe one too many variations for me used 3 of their push-ups in my workout and totally felt it the next day (ouch) lol
