The chapters I found most interesting/ useful were those on goal setting, teamwork and concentration, all big parts of sailing in my opinion.
Highly recommend this book to anyone trying to improve in their sailing, especially if you sail on a 2 handed dinghy, keelboat or yacht. That's not to say it's not for singlehanders, there is only 1 chapter on teamwork, that just happened to be the most appropriate one for me!
Only point of criticism is that the pictures aren't always linked into the text/ referred to, however in all fairness I'd rather the pictures were there than not.
Highyly recommended ++
You appreciate many things you can do to improve while also smiling as example after example relate precisly to errors witnessed over the years racing!!!
However experienced you are this will contain some useful parts and if your are starting out probably wise to read it every six months. Compared to the money we spend on our boats (faster blocks/sails etc etc) to make them go faster this is a no brainer!
