Make sure your presence is well observed on the roads with the help of this Proviz Hi Visibility Rucksack. This high visibility bag is not only100% waterproof, but with impressive features including a waterproof laptop, mobile phone and wallet compartment, this rucksack will work hard to keep you dry, safe and visible at night. A fantastic way to carry around items but still make sure you're clearly seen on the roads at night, this high-vis bag essentially allows you to provide your own source of light. Designed specifically for cyclists and pedestrians who ride or walk in the evening, this high-vis rucksack not only has a highly reflective surface, but an integrated light-emitting electroluminescent warning triangle powered by a small battery pack housed in an inside waterproof pocket. This hi viz rucksack is further complimented by highly-reflective strips across the bag itself giving any user reassurance that they will be seen in the darkest of nights.

Very useful for any cyclist though you will need to replace it after 15 months as the material used to make this bag becomes easily frayed.
Possibly would suit mum supervising a "walking bus" (group of primary school kids (high vis jackets) walk to or from school) in the winter.
I find it frustrating when things cannot perform the task that they were designed for (what's the point?)
I've had rucksacks from the local indoor market costing £10 more robust than this one!!! (thin nylon material)
But when I received mine last year I was concerned from the outset by the cheap materials and construction. I bought the version with the flashing LED triangle on the back - this was rubbish on batteries and failed in a couple of months.
Strap (for holding said triangle on) fell off within 2 weeks, but I soldiered on with the 3 remaining.
Now, main zip has completely gone. It failed a while back and the waterproofing fell apart months ago. I managed to get it back together but no chance now.
Very poor, quite expensive.
Plus points? Erm, it's fairly comfy. Size is just OK but still on the small side.
Anyone else know of a high-quality, waterproof, high-vis pack?

I commute to work every day by bike, I only spend about 25 minutes on the bike each way. So I am a bit miffed that this bag is falling apart. Read morePublished on 20 July 2013 by P. Haynes
This bag is smaller than most rucksacks - it doesn't fit a conventional laptop!
£40 was a lot of money for a bag only large enough to accommodate a lunchbox.
I bought this bag five weeks ago. At first I was really happy with it. It's seriously bright, and plenty big enough for my daily commute. Read morePublished on 14 Nov. 2012 by Burvs
I've used one of these pretty much every day for a year for a 15 mile fast cycle commute. It's very light - I was concerned at first but it's held up really well and is a lot more... Read morePublished on 2 Nov. 2012 by HGS
Obviously this is bought to be seen - and it does that very well.
It's very much a student/office biased rucsac and I find all the dividers and strap-on light etc. Read more
