I ordered these to protect my eyes when using the Philips Lumea IPL (can't think why Philips don't provide these glasses as, even though they state you don't need glasses when using, the flashes from the machine are eye watering bright and glasses definitely help protect your eyes). Anyway I received a pair of goggles and the first thing I noticed was that the case was damagedb- the zip wouldn't go all the way around. The glasses were orange, as per the photo and there was a small scratch on the lens. Even though the item was very cheap, I was really disappointed and felt as though I had been sent seconds.
Anyway, I emailed the seller and quickly received a reply apologising and asking me to send photos if the item, which I eventually worked out how to do.
Got a lightening quick reply asking if I would like a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and also requested a different colour *blue and green also available) as the orange ones were probably not great for the red light from the Philips Lumea. Anyway I requested blue ones and a short time later received a brand new pair of goggles. This time the car was perfect and the glasses looked brand new and are much darker than the previous orange o es so will protect my eyes better.
Very good response from the seller and despite initial hiccup, would definitely purchase from rhem again.

I bought them along with a Philips Lumea, but I didn't really use them. First of all, with them on, I can't see the green light on the IPL device (so I have no idea if I can press the button or not), and secondly, you don't really need these as the Lumea light is safe for the eyes. If you're buying this for the same purpose, don't bother :)

Not happy with this purchase. Couldn't send back as used them after a few weeks of receiving them. The lens are not clear, very poor quality. Would not buy again or recommend them.

Absolutely rubbish quality and so flimsy. The lens part is attached to the top black bit by blobs of glue! And the handles are so short that they won't fit behind your ear. Total waste of money...do NOT buy.
