For those of who have a property capital tax liability or those of you who will have a capital tax liability in the future then this book is well worth the money and pays for itself many time over. The book contains expert advice on legally minimising your future capital tax liability by giving guidance on steps to take now. Unfortunately I was not in this position but nevertheless I was made aware of several legal ways of substantially reducing my capital gains tax bill (potentially saving myself thousand pounds) I will have to pay on selling a second property. The book gives many examples (to clarify the advice given) with actual capital gains tax calculations and it is likely that you would find a similar example that relates to your particular set of circumstances.
