This work reveals the conspiracy of the Illuminati to subvert, infiltrate and take over the political , social and educational institutions of its day. Lays out step by step the Illuminati agenda and how it was to achieve its goals.
I found the book very dry and a laborious read built on much supposition but in light of history it is a plausibly argument.

In today's alternative media the Illuminati are credited with achieving their agenda set out in this book and now allegedly controll the whole world through the Rothschild's and the political elite. I have found little evidence that the Illuminati survived past the eighteenth century so find this argument based on complete "conspiracy theory".
A worth while book if you are interested in secret society's and how they work to achieve their Satanic agenda.

For anyone who doubts that secret societies hold sway behind the scenes - read it. Thenevidence presented here is by an extremely good authority. And a balanced look at a Society formed in Bavaria by Professor Weishaupt designed, in time, to rule the world by infiltration all areas of power. Politics, the press, education and the rest. One for the family bookshelf and to pass down to the kids. Wise up now!

I first became painfully aware of conspiracy theories in themid 70's. I was given a book written by W. Cleon Skousen "The Naked Capitalist". With momentum started, I next devoured "Tragedy and Hope" by Quigley and so on etc.. I have never viewed the world the same since. I have read just about everything that has been written on this subject and must confess that this book (Originally written in 1798) is the most enlightening. With light comes responsiblity. After all, who's ashamed of standing tall when faced with adversity? Trust me. After reading this book your life will never be the same. Are you ready for change? If not, stick with the rest of the "sheepish" human goyim and leave 'steadying the Ark' (as it were) to [us].

Purchased thinking it was a fictional 'story' when it turned out to be a long labourious book of 'fact' and assumptions. If I wanted a history lesson it may have been worth the purchase but I didn't.
