    This book does a fantastic job of explaining the basics of programming as well as most of the C language, helped with uni loads. I still use this book for reference, would certainly recommend to any beginner C programmer.

    When studying for my undergraduate degree back in 2003 - 2007, I used this book to learn the basic concepts of C Programming and referenced it many times during my degree... It's a great book for someone to use who wants to learn C programming, it's really well written and structured. It starts with the very basics and slowly introduces the reader to the more complex features of the C language as you progress through the book.

    I'd highly recommend this book, it was a huge help when I was learning C programming, I found it a lot more easy to follow than other highly recommended books.

    Iam a 1st year student on a National Diploma course in Computing. Our lecteur recommended this book and I must say I was so impressed with his copy I decided to get my own. Its explained clearly and quickly so it doesnt bore you with loads of babble about the same thing. It gets a 5 out of 5 from me :)Engl
